Cranbury Housing Associates (CHA) is a non-profit corporation consisting of Cranbury residents who volunteer their time to provide high quality, affordable housing within the Township of Cranbury, NJ.

To assist the Township, CHA also provides support services; monitoring the re-sales of purchased units to remain “affordable” and provides reporting to the Council on Affordable Housing (COAH) on its continuing obligations.
